(Re)Calibrating Your PowerX Water SensorUpdated 7 months ago

You will need to calibrate your PowerX Water Sensor to receive accurate usage measurements in the app. If you missed calibration when you first added your sensor, you can manually recalibrate the sensor by following these steps. 

1. In the PowerX Terra app, tap on the menu in the top left corner. 
2. Tap on "My Devices." Tap on "Settings" for your hub. 
3. Find your water sensor under "Connected Sensors." 
4. Tap on "Recalibrate." 
5. Start with "Water Leak Calibration." Once leak calibration is complete, you will be prompted to measure your water flow. Please note: You can start the timer and walk over to your water outlet to start the water flow. You can also pause the timer if needed.

If you are prompted to update your firmware you can do so through the app or by contacting support.
