I can't add my hub. The app says it already exists.

If you see the error "Hub with this id already exists" while trying to add your hub, it is already linked to an account. Your hub can only be attached to one account at a time. Check to make sure you're signed in to the correct account. 

  • Tap on the menu in the upper right corner. 
  • Tap on "My Account." 
  • Review the email address you see at the top of My Account. 
  • To sign out of the current account, tap "logout" at the bottom.


If you continue to have trouble adding your hub, please contact customer support so we can properly investigate this.
