I have sub panels electrical panels, what should I do?Updated a month ago

Note: Electrical panels contain high voltage and pose a risk of electrical shock or worse. An electrician or qualified professional should install PowerX Electricity in compliance with all applicable local codes.

The PowerX Electricity sensor will only work on sub-panels fed from a single central panel (daisy chain). The sensor is not yet designed for panels that feed independently from your power meter (or split panels), but it will be available soon.  

Depending on the distance between your panels, you can use the 50 amp clamps set to monitor breakers in the second panel. Alternatively, you may consider purchasing another PowerX Electricity unit if the second panel is far away. The additional clamp can stretch about three feet (3ft) from the PowerX Electricity unit.
