My electricity sensor is not showing any usageUpdated 3 months ago

Make sure your sensor is getting power. You should see an LED on the sensor illuminated blue (solid or flashing) when powered on properly. 

Make sure the firmware on your sensor is updated. 

  1. Go to my devices in the PowerX app.
  2. Tap on Sensors & Settings
  3. You will see "Updates Available" at the top of the screen if there are pending updates.

Make sure you have your clamps appropriately labeled in the app. 

  1. Go to my devices in the PowerX app. 
  2. Tap on Sensors & Settings
  3. Tap on "Clamp Setup" for the sensor.
