Please make sure that you have properly connected the USB power cable that comes with the sensor to a wall outlet. Should the Sensor still not power on, please try a different outlet in your house to rule out any possibility of a faulty USB cable or power outlet. In the event that the Sensor still doesn’t power on by either the batteries or the supplied USB cable, please reach out to us in support.
