We have always covered you for up to 90 days from the day of receipt to return your unit(s) for a refund. On October 2, 2023, we announced that PowerX will no longer provide support or updates for PowerX Home and Pro products.

We have extended the refund period to accommodate this adjustment. All orders placed on or after March 1, 2023 are eligible for a full refund. We recognize that this decision may differ from your initial expectations when you made your purchase, and we aim to facilitate this process as seamlessly as possible. Please complete the steps provided to you in your email by October 31st, 2023.
