The water sensor does not show data in the app or the ultrasonic sensor is flashing on and off.Updated 7 months ago
If your PowerX Water sensor can not properly detect your water supply line, you may not see any data in the app or noise. Also, the LED on the ultrasonic sensor will flash on and off slowly. Here are some steps you can try to resolve this.
- Ensure the ultrasonic sensor is attached to a straight water supply line section.
- The sensor needs at least 6" of straight pipe to function correctly.
- The pipe is clean: Use an alcohol pad to remove debris on the supply line.
- Make sure the silicone on the bottom of the sensor is pressing firmly on the supply line.
- Power cycle your water sensor.
