How can I delete my account?Updated 2 years ago

To delete your account, please be sure to remove all sensors and your hub first so you can add them back in the future. 

Tap on the menu in the upper right corner. 

• Select My Device Under your hub, tap on Sensors & Settings
• Tap Delete for your sensors. 
• When you're ready to delete your hub, tap Delete Hub at the bottom. 

To delete your account. 

1. Tap on the menu in the upper right corner. 
2. Tap My Account. 
3. Tap Delete Account. 
4. Once deleted, your account information is removed from our servers.
