Returns and Refund Policy

PowerX Refund policy We strive to make sure every single one of our customers has an amazing experience with our products. Our units come with a One (1) Year Limited Warranty against any manufacturing defects which gives you peace of mind knowing we have your back. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected and you might have to return your unit. 

We’ve got you covered for up to 120 days from the day of receipt to return your unit(s) for a full refund! Simply contact our customer support team to begin the process. You may be asked to provide any identifying information so we can locate your order. Please have that information available. 

Once your return request has been processed, we will email you a return label, and instructions on how to get your items back to us safely. Any and all returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the creation of your return label. 

You will be issued a refund once the item has been received and reviewed for quality assurance. An email will be sent once the refund is issued. 

If you purchased your unit from a retailer or third-party seller, your purchase is subject to return policies pertaining to that said store. Any compatibility with hardware or software-related issues falls under the customer's responsibility. Support can be reached by Text, Email, or Chat (availability times vary.)
